I carved Paul and Joe’s custom wedding bands from 18k yellow gold, one of my favorite metals for its rich, warm hue. The rubies were chosen for their color and personal significance, creating a contrast that highlights the gold while carrying meaning for the couple. As is often my preference, I left subtle tool marks on the surface, adding texture, dimension, and a sense of the hand behind each ring. These marks allow the rings to age gracefully alongside their wearers, gaining character over time.
