SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All jewelry is carefully packaged, fully insured, and shipped in discreet packaging to ensure it arrives safely.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic orders under $500 ship complimentary via USPS Ground Advantage, with tracking and insurance included. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.

You may add signature confirmation for $5 at checkout.*

Domestic orders over $500 ship complimentary via UPS 2-Day Shipping. For security purposes, a signature is required upon delivery unless you request otherwise in writing via email.

Additional shipping options are available at checkout:

• USPS Priority Mail, with rates calculated based on location and package weight
• UPS 2-Day Shipping on orders under $500 for a flat rate of $25
• Next Day Shipping for a flat rate of $50

FedEx shipping is also available upon request.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Lorinczi Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless signature confirmation was selected.

*If you opt out of signature confirmation, you assume full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage once the package is marked as delivered.

All shipments are fully insured while in transit.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders ship via FedEx International Priority at a flat rate of $100.

This fee does not include duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and may range from three days to two weeks.

Customers are advised to check with their local customs office regarding applicable duties and taxes, as these charges are not determined or collected by Lorinczi Jewelry.

If an international shipment is refused and returned, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A Lorinczi team member will follow up within 1–2 business days with an order update or tracking information.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Lorinczi Jewelry is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lead times vary depending on the item:

In-stock pieces ship within 1–2 business days
Made-to-order and custom pieces are individually crafted and typically require 2–8 weeks for production after artwork approval, depending on the complexity of the design

If you have a time-sensitive request, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Non-custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production may begin and the return policy will apply.

Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Each Lorinczi piece is individually crafted with care, and we take the time necessary to ensure it meets our standards before it leaves the studio.

 

PACKAGING

Each piece of jewelry is carefully packaged by hand in a signature Lorinczi jewelry box, ready for gifting or safekeeping.

For security and discretion, all orders ship in unmarked outer packaging that does not indicate the contents.

If your purchase is intended as a gift, you may include a gift note at checkout.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all original materials.

Because many pieces are made to order or one-of-a-kind, certain items may be final sale. Any such conditions will be clearly noted on the product page.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with your order.
