Understanding my returns and cancellations policy.

What’s your return policy?

All custom jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned. This includes:
Bespoke jewelry, meaning any design customized to your preferences.
All gold jewelry, as it is made to order unless listed in my Ready-to-Ship inventory.
Personalized or engraved pieces.
Throughout the design and fabrication process, I provide updates, videos, and images to ensure you’re fully involved and thrilled with the final piece.
For non-custom pieces, you may return the jewelry within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact me for instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition to my San Francisco studio.
A 10% restocking fee (up to $200) applies to returns.
The restocking fee is waived if you exchange the item for another piece.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Please cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. For ready-to-buy jewelry already being prepared for shipment or in transit, a 10% restocking fee (up to $200) applies. Custom orders and personalized jewelry cannot be canceled or refunded once the customization process begins. To request a cancellation, please contact me directly.

Which jewelry is considered final sale?

All bespoke and custom jewelry, including personalized or engraved pieces, sale items, and gift certificates, are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
Additionally, all gold jewelry (unless listed in my Ready-to-Ship inventory) is made-to-order and considered custom, and therefore final sale.
The same applies to custom sterling silver pieces, whether bespoke, personalized, or engraved.

How should I send my return or exchange back to Lorinczi Jewelry?

After confirming your return via email, send your clean, unworn jewelry back in its original packaging using a traceable and insured parcel service. Insure your package for its full value, as I am not responsible for lost or stolen items. Note that all shipping costs are the client's responsibility, and the cost of outgoing shipping (from San Francisco to you) is not refundable.

When can I expect to receive my refund?

Once I receive your return, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. The cost of outgoing shipping (from San Francisco to you) will not be refunded. After processing, the credit should appear on your account within 3-10 business days. For Venmo purchases, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund.

Do you charge a Restocking Fee?

Yes, I do charge a 10% restocking fee for returns, up to $200. However, if you choose to exchange an item instead, I’m happy to waive this fee.
