FINAL SALE ITEMS
Because many Lorinczi pieces are individually handcrafted, certain items are final sale and not eligible for return. These include:
• Custom and bespoke jewelry created to your specifications
• Gold jewelry, unless listed in the Ready-to-Ship collection
• Personalized or engraved pieces
• Gift certificates
Throughout the design and fabrication process, clients receive updates, videos, and images so that they remain closely involved and confident in the final piece.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason your piece isn’t exactly what you hoped for, Lorinczi Jewelry accepts returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with the order.

HOW TO SEND A RETURN
Once your return request has been approved via email:
• Ship the clean, unworn jewelry in its original packaging using a traceable and insured shipping service.
• Packages must be insured for the full value of the item, as Lorinczi Jewelry cannot be responsible for items lost or stolen during return transit.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For security reasons, please do not include the word “Jewelry” anywhere on the outer shipping package (for example, “Lorinczi Jewelry”), as this may increase the risk of theft during transit.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once the return has been received and inspected, please allow 1–3 business days for processing.
Refunds, excluding original shipping costs, will be issued to the original payment method within:
• 3–10 business days for standard payments
• Up to 5 business days for Venmo purchases
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
If a ready-to-ship item has already been prepared for shipment or is in transit, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Custom and personalized pieces cannot be canceled or refunded once the design or production process has begun.
