Julie came to me with a large stone and wanted a playful, cheerful setting to offset its size. I designed a ring inspired by a gumball, then added her children’s birthstones—pink and green tsavorite garnets—and her husband’s canary yellow diamond, flush-set along the sides. The result is fun, lighthearted, and colorful—a piece meant to make her smile every time she wears it.
